Party Sliders

When you want smash-burger flavor without the fuss, Century Farm ground chuck makes the perfect party slider. Set up a slider bar so everyone can build their favorite — and keep plenty of lettuce on hand for a bun-free slider salad. Allow 2–3 sliders per person.
Ingredients

Sliders

- Century Farm ground chuck (2–3 sliders per person)
- Hawaiian slider buns, buttered
- Cheese (American, provolone, pimento cheese)
- Bacon
- Grilled sweet onion
- Lettuce, pickles, and condiments of choice

Special Sauce

- 1/4 cup Duke's mayo
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons chopped pickle
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

- Butter the Hawaiian buns and grill them on a hot griddle until golden.
- Smash the ground chuck into thin slider patties on the hot griddle and cook, flipping once. Add cheese to melt for those who want it.
- Make the special sauce: stir together the mayo, ketchup, chopped pickle, cayenne, paprika, and Dijon.
- Build the sliders. A few favorite combinations: pimento cheese & bacon; grilled sweet onion & provolone with special sauce; or all-American with lettuce, pickles, American cheese, and your choice of condiments.
- Set out a slider bar so everyone can make their favorite combination, with plenty of lettuce for anyone who wants a bun-free slider salad.
