Best 10 Minute Garlic Herb Buttered Sirloin Steak for Two

Best 10 Minute Garlic Herb Buttered Sirloin Steak for Two

When you want a restaurant-quality steak in just 10 minutes, this Garlic Herb Buttered Sirloin Steak for Two is the answer. Seared to perfection in a hot cast iron skillet, the steak develops a gorgeous crust while staying juicy inside. The real magic happens when a luxurious blend of butter, garlic, and fresh herbs melts over the top, creating a rich, flavorful finish. It’s simple, quick, and absolutely delicious—perfect for a date night at home or whenever you’re craving a top-tier steak without the fuss. Pair it with a crisp salad, and dinner is served!

Ingredients

  • Salt and Pepper
  • Herbs of choice (I used cilantro, parsley and rosemary because that is what I had fresh! Use your imagination or what is growing in your garden.)
  • 2 tablespoons Amish butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped

Directions

Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.

Chop all the herbs and add to a small bowl with the butter and garlic. Mix it up and set aside.

Heat your cast iron skillet until hot and add the steak. Do not touch. After about 2-3 minutes the steak should have a nice crust so flip it and cook another 2-3 minutes.

Then add the butter mixture to the top of the steak and let it melt, run down, and bath the meat in its yumminess.

Quickly take the steak out onto a board with a meat juice moat. Pour the butter herb garlic mixture on top and let sit for a few minutes.

Slice against the grain into 1/2- 3/4 inch slices and enjoy with a simple salad for a quick and restaurant worthy dinner.
